This bubble balloon is circle shaped with the message "Happy Birthday".  Made of stretchy see-through plastic, the designs are printed on the front, back and inside to create a wonderful 3D effect.  When inflated they are almost seamless and perfectly shaped.
 
Please inflate the balloon as soon as you remove it from its packet as they will dry out. This balloon is suitable for use with air or helium.
